Ukraine media says govt has banned Limp Bizkit leader Durst

Instead of purchasing a new pad to set up his turntables and energy drink fridge, however, Durst has instead been banned from the Ukraine for half a decade. His reason for living there was apparently to get involved in reality TV and because his wife, make-up artist Kseniya Beryazina, is from the area.

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst has been banned from the Ukraine for a period of five years, reports from the Eastern European country state.

He also said he was interested in securing Russian passport.

They’re not fans of Durst, after he told Russian state media earlier this year: “I wouldn’t mind getting a Russian passport. If you have communication with the relevant authorities, which could assist with obtaining it… share”.

It followed an open letter from the head of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, who said he wanted to turn the Black Sea peninsular region into “the new Beverly Hills”. The Interfax news agency reported that the security service had confirmed the ban, but did not give details.

Fred isn’t the only star whose shown interest in gaining Russian citizenship recently.

Fellow Limp Bizkit bandmate Wes Borland intends on staying on USA soil to work on his own television series titled “American Rehab: Motor City” on the DIY Network.
